If you are on Pinterest or follow a lot of design blogs, then I am sure you've come across some of these pictures already. I just had to share them anyways because I am so in love with everyone of these rooms!
This is the 2012 Southern Living Idea House. They renovated a historic farmhouse in Senoia, Georgia and used Tracery Interiors as the  interior designer.
Let's start the tour, shall we.....

Okay, this house had me at the curb! How stinkin' gorgeous!

LOVE the plaid chair, the crackled dresser, and extra-large wide planking.

Again, the planking and gallery wall is great!

I love the neutral colors in the living room, and all the natural textures added. It looks so inviting and cozy.

I love a white kitchen, as you may know. I love how they added the dark counters to make such a striking contrast to the cabinets.

I love the painted plaid wall. That is such a great touch to the room.

Again, loving the neutrals, and that buffalo check fabric.

I have been eyeing these benches from Ballard Designs for quite awhile now. LOVE.

Well...isn't that a great home? There are so many inspirational ideas for me to add around my house from this. What is your favorite room?
You can see more pictures of the house here, and they even have a resource guide to all the products they used. So cool!
As I wrote about in a post once before, I LOVE Coastal Living Magazine. It transports me right away to a dreamy getaway for my soul, no matter what the season is or what the weather is like currently in the Pacific Northwest in which I live.
Every year Coastal Living Magazine collaborates with a designer or designers, and create the Ultimate Beach House. Last year, it was in my home state of Washington. I didn't get a chance to see it in person sadly, but I could rent it for a mere $900+ a night now. Somehow, I don't think the hubby will go for that.
This year, the Beach House was built in Rosemary Beach, Florida. As I had also mentioned in a past post, one of my favorite interior designers, Erika Powell of Urban Grace Interiors designed this home. I am so sad that I won't be able to see this one in person either but Kris from Driven by Decor was so lucky to have had the opportunity to get a tour herself.
Kris has graciously given me the okay to share her pictures of the tour with you. Thank you, Kris!
Warning, if you haven't gotten Beach Cabin Envy already, you will certainly get a full blown case of it after seeing these pictures.

Crazy beautiful, huh?
If you'd like to see even more pictures of Kris' tour, please go to her blog, or just check out her blog in general if you haven't already. It's a really good one!
Thank you again Kris. I can only imagine how fun it must have been to tour it in person. Totally jealous! I am even more jealous of the lucky people that will one day call this home, and more putrid green with jealousy for the people that may own this one day and this is just their second home.
